Movies and Makers Wrap Up!

Thanks for everyone who stopped by the always amazing Movies and Makers Show this past weekend! It was another magical event with fantastic vendors and plenty of guests who braved through the rain to get to the show! A Special Thanks to Lisa Pijuan-Nomura from Girl Can Create for putting together another great show!

No photos of yours truly this time around;) Here's my little table filled with bright colourful goodies to tempt your home accessorizing addiction!

My fantastic neighbour Joel from Banjo Puppets
Everyone, let me tell you, if you ever find yourself at a show and your booth is next to Joel, then you are in for a treat! Great guy and very entertaining to make the day fly by with lots of energy and F-U-N!!

Joel from Banjo Puppets and I were doing a little spontaneous cross promotion throughout the day! Here's his Gumball Puppet "Rusty" wearing one of my Lobster Bibs.

Yummy! Puppets eating Lobster!

Movies and Makers Show!

Last minute show!
I just snagged a last minute table opening at the Movies and Makers show this upcoming Saturday. If you're in the east end of the city, come by for a visit!

Here's the info:

A diverse mix of local makers of fine, cool, funky, sassy art and craft selling their wares at the stunning Fox Theatre in the Beaches. The sale is from 10am to 4pm, followed by Faythe Levine’s Documentary, Handmade Nation at 4:30pm.

Movies and Makers: An Art and Craft Show is a co-production between The Fox Theatre and GirlCanCreate that brings together all things local and handmade. The show is designed to provide both emerging and established artisans with a marketplace to sell their wares. We are looking forward to creating a unique experience in a unique space, The Fox Theatre.

Admission to the craft show is free.

Tickets to Handmade Nation are $6 for Fox Theatre members and
$8 for non-members.
